This training, offered by Serna Solutions, will introduce the new number that will officially become the national Behavioral Health Crisis line. Participants will learn how to define a behavioral health crisis and what to expect when they dial 988. New Mexico’s Crisis Now Model to respond effectively to a behavioral health crisis will also be explored.
